SEATTLE — Jadenne Radoc Cabahug started her journalism career at National Public Radio station KUOW 94.9 FM. She created audio feature stories, spots and podcasts on a range of topics from sex trafficking to culture to school shootings. Cabahug also created a photo essay of her neighborhood during the pandemic.
Here she learned interview skills, cutting and editing audio tape using Adobe Audition and Audacity, creating on-air radio and web versions of stories and community outreach through social media to engage audiences.
